informing me that my overdraught limit is exactly the same as it has been for the last 8 years or so.
It also told me I have to make regular payments into my account, such as my salary, in order to keep it. Which is nice. I don't get regular payments, otherwise I would, honestly. I haven't even been in any overdraught for about a year.

although it's more than that. I get £100 off my gran every Christmas.
I can manage my finances, is the point. I might not have much throughput, but I've never been over my authorised overdraught limit, ever, while plenty of people with respectable salaries seem to manage it every month. Maybe that's exactly the point.
