Have you tried homeopathy? Get a cancerous pancreas from a medical bin,
chop it up into tiny bits and put one tiny bit in an empty Frosty Jack's 2l & top up with water. Then put one drop of that into an empty 2l ACE lager bottle, topped up with water. Keep doing that between the bottles another 20 times and then drink one drop.
