but it's like 2 of my 5 a day. 3 sticks of juicy fruit and I'm a healthy git.

I am ok with my 5 a day
I am not a big fan of breakfast especially in the summer, so I throw a banana down my neck after I've had a cuppa, then I usually share either melon or grapes with the kid at lunch and I am awesome with veg at tea time.
