I just made a stir fry.
my first ever. It tastes like a chefs wet dream.
Who wants to touch me?

I find stir fry quite bland
even with all the crunchy veg and sweet chilli sauce, even the honey, balsamic and soy special i make I'm never that impressed.

sometimes, yes
but it's like 2 of my 5 a day. 3 sticks of juicy fruit and I'm a healthy git.

I am ok with my 5 a day
I am not a big fan of breakfast especially in the summer, so I throw a banana down my neck after I've had a cuppa, then I usually share either melon or grapes with the kid at lunch and I am awesome with veg at tea time.

Oyster sauce and rice wine help a lot.
And large amounts of garlic and ginger.
