i used to make RECTANGLE yorkshire pudding
that is then cut into squares

My yorkshires are rectangular with rounded corners
on account of the big yorkshire pudding pan being rectangular with rounded corners. The corners are the best bit on the day. The soggy middles are the best bit the next day. Them's the rules and I have to live with them.
