a friend of mine swears by nipple-twiddling (it releases seratonin same as sex does which is the hormone that can trigger the start of labour)
raspberry leaf tea (though it's more a uterine tonic but it can help trigger labour. it can make labour quicker though by making your contractions more efficient)
walking's really good but you can't do that with SPD. if you can, try sitting astride a chair (chair backwards) and hold in your lower abdominal muscles and tilt your pelvis forward and back - that can mimic walking without hurting too much. that'll only help if the baby's head's engaged though.
