Precisely the reason I didn't accept
Apparently he tried to call me at 11:30pm last Friday as one of our customers had been unable to collect email since 1pm. This guy doesn't use our email service and even if he did he should call earlier.

luckily for me, one of the spaztards wanted me to install their new PC remotely
then decided to turn it off as they left the office

AFTER sending my a snooty email along the lines of "i need this ready by 9am monday, no excuses" etc
