I went for a meeting yesterday that included another "Graphic Designer" and "Web Design/Develop'er".
Oh god, his stuff is rubbish, it really is, completely crap, it's filled with Lens Flairs and swirly-stock-photography-with-image-filters.

Its' the kind of stuff I wouldn't show to a client 5 years ago, let alone today.
