depends how you look at it.
Went for a library job once, candidates had to be there from 9am to 4pm, but not all of that time was actively interviewing - the morning session was group activities, that eliminated half of us, and then during the afternoon we were pretty much amusing ourselves while getting pulled one at a time into half-hour individual interviews.
