I ate raw whale in Norway
It didn't helop much azpart from to understand what raw whale tasted like- when it was chopped small and had fresh herbs in it.

Whales are not fish- I know that- but both can be eaten but maybe shouldn't?

Does that not give you pause for thought?

Raw whale does not taste like fish.
It's very dark meat- about the colour of liver- and it tastes of herbs.

I tried it because it was on the menu and I was interested to see what it tasted like- not that great and certainly not worth endangering the species for the taste.

Carp tastes better.
