It was all right for a bit, but there's not really a free roam option. It just seems a bit pointless to recreate all of LA and then only let you drive to and from missions.

I bought it for cheapo too and it was a load of toss
My character was a screaming racist and he spent a lot of time staring at bottles and cigarette stubs
