In an attempt to make it not a stupid purchase and a waste of money, I forced myself to make Korean wings in my air fryer on Saturday

I found a packet of sun-dried mixed Italian vegetables in the cupboard that were best before October 2019 and have bunged them into a pitta with my chicken. Pretty good and I haven't started foaming at the mouth yet.
