I'm trying out a new Napoli-style pizza dough recipe
My sister gave me some spicy smoked venison pepperoni for xmas so will take that for a spin round the old block

on the pizzas initially, but there's way more than I need for that
I expect the rest of it will end up in pasta, omelettes, cheese on toast etc.

She also gave me some smoked 'nduja which I plan to use in this:
