Seriously, down the road in Princeton it’s genuinely uncomfortably loud right now. Brood X, only happens once every 17 years.
There aren’t so many here but even so the sound is constant and loud enough to be heard above traffic and planes.

Brood X will quiet down soon, then in July we’ll get the regular yearly ones. They’re loud too, probably because there are so many of them locally, but it’s a fantastic sound.
