Oh dear, I may not be long for this world either.
I bought a box of WKD lemon as I was intrigued and had happy memories of the blue version.
It tastes weird but I've drunk four of them and I just did a burp that smelled like a fart.

Good news everyone, it was a false alarm.
Was worried that the WKD was so corrosive it had burned through my stomach into my transverse colon but on further investigation it turns out that WKD lemon smells of farts.
As a further piece of good news, I clearly don't have COVID.
