Kozani chicken, Rick Stein's recipe. Made it quite a few times after seeing him do it on the telly.
I've always been annoyed that I've never been able to find "sweet paprika" and had to substitute it with the normal stuff, and only today have I googled it to find that they're the same thing. I'll never make it as an insufferable food ponce :(
