I believe this is a offensive term towards people who are insecure about their size, and people who defend insults like "small dick energy" are full aware that they cannot justify its use by logic. Its absolutely offensive and ridicules people with small dicks. To say something else is ridiculous. Just accept that you are making fun of small dicks and move on.

We all know what would happen if Tate said something like "loose p energy" or some such garbage. It's not okay to make fun of someone for something they can't change.
