She's just been on the phone to me, while she's on the bus with my niece and mental 2. She then starts telling mental 2 to fuck off, repeatedly and loudly, so everyone on the bus can hear. Before I hung up on her, mental 2 had got off the bus with my niece. Niece us autistic, mental 2 has dementia and no idea where she is. This is a fucking disaster waiting to happen.
