I would be delighted to hear further details about your curry. I have a karahi lamb recipe which is absolutely superb if you add about 3hrs to the claimed cook time. Where I live the butchers have 'lamb' and 'baby lamb' which the smeggers seem to think are two different things. This may explain the additional cook time.
