Upstairs neighbours' lunatic sister woke me up at 6 for the third day in a row, yelling into the intercom. Why she feels the need to call at such an ungodly hour is beyond me.

Refused to believe she had a water infection
Left her suffering for over a month. Her daughters thought that the doctor was right and it wasn't until the district nurse saw her and packed her off to hospital that she got any treatment. She was in there for 5 months with complications, sent home for a week, back to hospital for another 3 months and her body is basically giving up. She's been sent home to die in peace.

She's a nightmare
Goes everywhere with a pushchair filled with plastic bags, gets on the bus and takes about 20 copies of the metro and spends most of the day taking them to people's houses just so she can be nosy and gossip
