I quite enjoyed 'The conspiracy' which was about cult stuff. Most of the paranormal ones are not great though. I end up scrolling my phone through most of the film while bad actors make shocked 'oh my god!' faces cause a picture fell down. Or they're talking to the spirit using a special radio, and the radio goes 'bvvt' and they put up subtitles saying 'get out'. Oh my God, did you hear that? Let me replay it ad infinitum.

Just about the only one I've seen was Blair Witch, which I thought was pretty good.
Paranormal Activity was quite creepy too, if that counts.
