Well, the sale has to go through yet
and I can't sign off on the seller's statement as I know fuck all about the property so I expect the buyers to ask for a discount before the contracts are exchanged. If it's £10k or less I'll accept it, if it's more than that I'll just put the fucking place out to auction. Sod the lot of them.
