Got some off-brand flea killer spray and powder...
The spray has 4 settings: Off, Stream, Off, and Spray. All 4 settings just release poison directly onto your hand and fingers. Spray mode also farts a miserable amount with a range of approximately 10cm.

but a bowl of boiling water left in the affected room overnight it a good wy of catching fleas as they detect the heat
