Stop ageing then.
Increase your core strength and flexibility with varied exercise and stretches, consume iron rich red stuff and drink slightly more water than you think you want for energy, brain health and recuperative speed. Force yourself to have a little more dairy for the bone density. Go raving once in a while to maintain stamina. Learn to fall properly, which is as if you were a drunk teenager, and you won't hurt yourself.
