She lives at the bottom of the road Rides a bike everywhere. My upstairs neighbour is on end of life care and her sister visits her every morning at about 6am. The sister is known to lend money to people and bike bitch is usually trying to avoid stopping her weekend bender, so she comes looking for the sister to borrow cash. This happens every weekend, despite the amount of times I've threatened her, and despite often turning up half an hour or more before the sister gets here.
