It wipes me out for a couple of weeks or a month, and the venues are always loud, chaotic, and alienating.
Maybe I'm not healthy enough to be doing this so often.

I find it very weird that there's a question on the questionnaire you have to fill in
saying "Have you ever had sex while on drugs?", with the idea being that you can't donate if the answer is yes.

I mean, the honest answer would be yes, loads, but only with my wife, or a previous long-term girlfriend. It's not like fucking while high is going to spontaneously generate the bad-Aids virus in your bloodstream, is it?

I think the people who wrote the questionnaire probably think the way 'drugs' work
is that a previously normal person does a line of coke or half a pill and then immediately gets the urge to rush out and find a prostitute to have unprotected anal sex with.

When by the worst thing for making people take stupid risks is booze, but they can't very well say "no blood from anyone who's had sex while shitfaced", because that would rule out anyone who isn't either a virgin or an observant Muslim.
