Uncontrollable nosebleed
Woke up at 2.15 because I was choking on my own blood. Sat in a&e with a clamp on my nose for 4 hours until it stopped. Third serious bleed since Saturday night.

Ouch.
I recommend not bleeding out of any of your orifices if you can avoid it. Failing that, I hope the hospital people sort you out swiftly.
