Been with the mental all morning
Memory clinic nurse was there, she claims that there's been no significant decline in the mental's memory, despite her thinking it was 2002, didn't know the month or date, repeated herself numerous times and accused the neighbour of breaking in to watch her sleeping. Fun times.

Sounds like a significant decline in the nurse’s memory.
Maybe she also needs a memory clinic nurse who also needs a memory clinic nurse who needs the first nurse in some sort of ouroborous/human centipede medical hybrid.

They need to stop going by their stupid routine
As soon as they change the questions around, it's obvious to see the decline. My uncle consistently scored 26 points, until his wife pointed out that they always ask him the same questions in the same order. They swapped the questions around and he scored 12.
