I guess news photographersare supposed to find their amazing images rather than make them. It really is a much better picture after the shopping, isn't it?

i remember watching a program on channel 4 a couple of years agofeaturing a newspaper editor and photoshop. he said that the vast majority of all pics in news papers are photoshopped.

I have a collection of old news photos rom the 40'sfrom a museum internship I had once (they were going to be thrown away). Most of them are actually touched up with paint and include crop marks. No photo tells the truth.
