There's a lampost on the London Road out of Ipswichthat's had fresh flowers tied to it at least once a week all year round for the last 12 years.
It's so, so sad that the poor grieving person still hasn't been able to let go. After all this time they probably feel that if they stop it will mean they don't care any more.
