Your project looks cool... I just have one question
In your T&Cs you state:
You confirm that you are the person in the picture, or you have the permission of the person you are sending the picture of.
'You own the right to the photo.'
All very good, but surely YOU don't have the right to use the celeb ones, such as Harris, OR woody Allen, do you?

That's a fair point,
But where do you stand if you make dosh off the back of it, and say the photographer who took the Simon Pegg shot comes up to you in the street and says "But I took that...."
