They can repair chips, apparently. Or cheaps.

also as I have no idea what the problem is here, I am in a good position to put forward an uninformed suggestion, which is to download Speccy. www.speccy.com - I'm sure it will not help at all, but is a neat little utility all the same (same people who do ccleaner and defraggler)
