Where are you hosting?I use GoDaddy now, I rarely have any problems. Plus they'll actually talk to you if anything goes wrong.

If you give it a tickle with the editing stick...... the URL just needs the last character (a '&'?) knocking off the end. And that squirrel does look a bit peaky. Too much Ribena & absolute alcohol will do that.
