Decidedly ropey but good-for-their-time pseudo-3D environments, unsophisticated score and crunchy, bleepy sound effects.

EDIT: The beta of the game originally featured the words "Sonic James" preceeding the title, however to avoid anticipated
consumer confusion between this game and the Sega franchise the name was shortened shortly before the release date :)
