What's wrong with moderation on the forum?I've seen forums where flaming is not tolerated and people get banned for repeated trolling. Seems like here you are expected to ignore roaches in the soup so that nobody else hears you complain.

I don't know who the moderators are or even when one is hanging around the boardI've only had one or two technical issues in 6 years here but in each case I got no help from anyone who was supposedly a moderator--only some insults.
