Of course they happened. A long time ago..Personally I grew up with tacky nineties crap replacing it. And now the tacky contemporary shite. So you'll probably find young people invest a decent amount of time researching modern history privately with distinctly pinkish lenses. But only in emergencies would they consider talking about it with those smelly individuals who experienced it.

Sadly true but I prefer the latter over the former.I spent time researching the production of it and as a result have a small but treasured collection of french comics and an interest in the never made 60's version of Dune. I'm probably a twat for those reasons.
