Are you familiar with "The Kool-Aid Acid Trip"? Cumquat May was a name in that book.

a google match didn't find anything either
I'd just been using cumquat as a username for a while and the combination occurred to me. It's possible it's been thought of before, but not by anyone I know and not in kesey's book

Oh. It's been years. I'm mistaken and suppose it was some other thing about or written by Ken Kesey...something to do with a road trip in a bus to Mexico. My mind is obviously going. :)
