There's conflicting reports of a July or October start

I'll probably end up missing the start of it

there's so much on these days - and I seem to miss it all

I really wanted to watch V - the new series as I loved the 80s version so much

but I keep missing it

Season 1 was a bit 'meh' - didn't really find it's feet

the second season was a marked improvement, hope it gets at least a third season to wrap things up. Nice cameos as well from the old series
