Actually I sent off my 32 pence or whatever it was thenand never saw nor heard of it again. Bitter? By Gods, Yes. Comic books in general obviously felt they owed me something as I later got a letter published in 2000AD along with a postal order for 'five earth pounds' from Tharg hisself so I guess that balanced the scales of comic justice.

i was never in dennis fan clubbut i was in uncle piggs fan club for oink! comic, i still have it up in my loft, along with all my issues of oink! the only thing i'm missing is the flexi-disc record that cam along with the fisat issue.

p.s. furry Gnasher badge with moving eyes AND the bridgtly painted metal badge AND the secret code book. I got none of those things. And it was only geography that stopped me sending away for Sea Monkeys, X-Ray Specs and Charles Atlas guide to bodybuilding....
