It's a Texture thing with both Kidneys and Liver for me

My Mum used to make us Liver and Onions for tea, and I hated the dryness and bitter taste

I used to eat it though - well you did in those days

I could see my daughter in floods of tears and on hunger strike if I put that in front of her
