# Yes, it's indeed mine...1973 model.
No plastic bumpers, and with round rear wheel arches, 1275 twin carbs as God and BMC intended. I've had it for 20+ years...never done much with it cosmetically but keep it tight mechanically. Took off the front bumper as it was mashed in a bit; kept the rears on.

One day, one day. If I get this job I'm going for, we should be able to afford a car and learn how to drive. Then, it might be time to see what practical classic cars are about (ones that can fit kids' booster seats...)

The tonneau was custom made out of specialty boat canvas...keeps water out better than the stock design. Now it mostly keeps out bird poo as the car has been in a garage or carport for the past 15 years. It does have a hood/convertible top but I might use it once or twice a year. The exhaust is just plain robust and rorty, not the polite twin silencer as stock. Sounds like a British sports car should sound.
