In the first picture you have actor of Transformers fame, Shia LaBeouf. Shyer 'beef in french'. Currently as a cow, not perhaps saying I'm shy, but hey, that's what we have to work with.
So, the second we are trying to convey an even more shy 'french word for beef'...by having a cow 'hiding' behind a tree.

The whole thing should theoretically = comedy...I'm just not ROFLing quite yet.
