That wouldn't meanhe would get away with it. Norways laws maximum sentence no matter what is 21years. Insanity means he can be committed for life for being a LOONEY.

And to be fair on the muslim bombersIt is quite hard to plead anything when different parts of yourself are scattered around a crowded marketplace. If your that way inclined why have you as the first person that dies,
