Apologies for wobbliness. Should have tightened tripod tighter. I'm not going to go and do it all again now though.

Edit: did you do this with sun light and the main illumination?
I'm wondering why the wooded floor get lighter and darker? I suppose you could be standing around the thing when you take a picture too.

Yes the level of sunglight changing causes the floor to appear lighter and darker. The shiney patch bottom-middle slightly to the right is from the flashgun.

I did a bit of cropping already, but I can't find an easy way to line them up with complete accuracy. But see also my reply to Fresh Water Mole below (which I currently haven't written yet).

This took a little while but is *slightly* like I intended.

Those frames were a lot more rotated and a lot more shifted than I expected.

Yeah, the main problem is the camera is quite heavy and the tripod is a bit flimsy, so once set in place it starts to slowly turn under the camera's weight.

I really needed to blow the picture up to about 4 times size to position it properly

but I was in a bit of a rush. Should've been finishing some work and then going into town, and I was editing your video instead.

Also: GIMP is shit for animation. I learned this a few years back. Alas, I obviously didn't pay attention.
