it's more fun for the b3tans to see the votes. It a. means the admins aren't fixing it and b. it's fun to watch the race - not amazing fun, but of some interest/sport.

The vote rigging is much more anonymous, to the point you probably wouldn't have even noticed it had happened if I hadn't admitted to it.
