# Does this mean that Mu could vote once from B3ta, again from Jelly, and again and again from all the other proxy sites?

# whatever you vote for
the IMF will institute photoshop austerity regardless

# Nope
Votes are restricted by secret stuff, which would be the same no matter what URL you come from :)

# Ah but it does mean that those with myriad comedy accounts
will be able to vote multiple times, no?

*Doesn't actually mind if the votes are rigged or not and never thought this was a democracy in the first place*

# There are no multiple comedy accounts on b3ta

# Hahaha
but there's plenty of multiple accounts

# They would indeed be able to do this
But, if anyone bothers to do this it'd be painfully obvious from my end who they are, b3ta account-wise, and easy to block their, and all their sub-accounts, from voting.

I might implement a naughty box page to name and shame anyone going to the effort of rigging polls on b3ta...

# Ah now, that's a good idea
In the naughty box already: Mu

Could you also have a naughty box for comedy accounts? Donate a fiver and you get access to it for six months or a year? That way anyone who actually wants to know who's who on B3ta can find out and B3ta wins.

# To multi-vote "i like this" etc
but mainly to protect their username from cybersquatters when name-changing on Pirateday, halloween etc
