And depends on your view of terrestrial... does cable count? It doesnt leave the ground!
Also, my Ex had this weird Redifusion box thing on her windowledge that had buttons on it, a very early cable thing that still worked up to the early 2000s when virgin "accidentally" cut the cable to the box.

With an amstrad box with an LED screen, it was awesome. And getting chipped smartcards with a hundredweight of circuit board coming out the back to watch the adult channel.

It had 8 channel buttons and a H/V selection button (horizontal or vertical) and an analogue fine tune wheel, With no remote! so I had to permanently sit on the floor whilst my dad barked orders at me during any wind/rain/snow/sun/weather issues.
*edit*
Nosing for a pic of it, I forgot, this was our second system

Note the separate decoder.

Unfortunately his PC was upstairs, so he had an rs232 cable running from his living room, into the dining room, out the window, up the wall, into the window into his "study" (which was a bedroom too small for a bed) And in those days of pre-pentium 486's it was decode crap soft porn or play in Day of the tentacle... Not both at once! however would we survive without soft porn and point and click games at the same time now?
When we got this system, I remember my Dad building a new "entertainment unit" as he called it (shelves) He was very proud of it because the decoder (which used to get VERY hot) was hidden under it at the back, looked lovely, but not practical as after running it for about 3/4 hours it would get VERY hot and you would have to take the card out, rub it on your t-shirt and stick it back in for it to work another 2 hours or so.
