What the fuck? Why is it called 'Sesame Tree' but written on a fucking street sign. That's retarded.

No, you got it from watching endless children's television in an attempt to learn to think like your victims.

Ireland not quite the same as N.Ireland...
Of course it is in a Tree. It is a British version, so cheaper. One tree costs less than a whole street.

But why have the name of the program on an American street sign even though it's not about a street any more and it's in Ireland?

The island of Ireland is not the same as the Republic of Ireland.
I heard that one of them has a teashop.

I don't think it 'is now' Sesame Tree!
It is just a version of sesame street for the bbc made in N.Ireland. Don't panic! ;)

Yes, it's produced by Belfast-based production company Sixteen South and Sesame Workshop.
The first episode aired on BBC Two in Northern Ireland on 5 April 2008 with the first series subsequently airing nationwide on CBeebies in August 2008.

I also believe the title music for the programme was composed by Northern Ireland artist Duke Special

Didn't even know it existed.
A quick check reveals the truth of it. Most peculiar.
