less frames, less colours and smaller res are a good place to start though

edit - i should probably add i'm not trying to stifle your creativity, i very much like your stuff :)

I make it in after effects and turn it into a gif in photoshop. Never made a gif before until I 1st posted the other day! I've got a bit to learn. What a noob :) Cheers

diffusion plus lossy
128 colours
etc
mess around then check the filesize

it's too large, dimension wise with too many frames

you can shrink it with Gif Movie Gear, drop the colour palette down and use some code to expand it, that'll sort you out.

This code can make anything, any size, dimension-wise, not in kilobytes.

Just replace ________________ with image url and adjust numbers as you like.
