You know what, I have never hit my wife and really believe that I never ever will

but that article lists 2 charities, both of which are only for women and that sucks.

I have been punched 3 times by my wife and, frankly, I am not pretending I did not deserve it on one of those occasions. I am a lot (much) bigger than she is and therefore it is not an issue, but this 'He hit her, so he is evil' thing in no way reflects a specific situation.

We should not blanket judge scenarios, it is fucking bollocks.

when i was 9 years old.

but i agree with you, domestic violence, be it on male or female is not acceptable, but even if i was hit by a woman i could not lash out back at them, with the exception of if they were armed with something and meant to cause me real harm.

I don't know

why it is called Domestic violence, like that is some how different. Violence is violence, and the first time it happens in a relationship should be the last time. A lesson I learned the hard way.
